Survey data for weed seedbank across farms with varying tillage practices in Eastern India

This project compiled germinable seedbank counts from 84 farmers’ fields in Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh, India. Soil samples were submitted for soil texture and chemical analyses. Seedbank soil samples were collected from pairs of neighboring fields with similar soils and microclimates but differing in historic tillage (conventional tillage CT versus zero tillage ZT) and crop rotation practices (rice­-wheat versus rice­maize/potato-­rice­-wheat).

Querying over HTTP

Splitgraph serves as an HTTP API that lets you run SQL queries directly on this data to power Web applications. For example:
