Percent of infants born at low birth weights, New Jersey, by year: Beginning 2010

Ratio: Percentage of live-born infants delivered with a birth weight of less than 2,500 grams (about 5 lbs, 8 oz).

Definition: Number of live-born infants with a birth weight of less than 2,500 grams born to resident mothers among all live births occurring in the same year.
