Federal Healthcare Services Delivery Sites
Health centers are community-based, consumer-run, federally-funded organizations that serve populations with limited access to health care. These include low income populations, the uninsured, those with limited English proficiency, migrant and seasonal farm workers, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and those living in public housing. HRSA Health Care Service Delivery Sites data set is to increase the transparency the HRSA Health Center Cluster grant program by making information about the health centers supported by HRSA grants available to the public.
