Contributions include: Schedule ABC (Monetary Contributions) + Schedule D (In-Kind Contributions) + Schedule G: Type 1 (Transfers In) + Schedule K: Type 2 (Forgiven Loans) - Schedule M: Types 1, 2, and 4 (Receipt Adjustments).
