Jobs Plus for NYCHA Residents - Local Law 163

This dataset contains information about <a href="http://opportunitynycha.org/workforce-development/jobs-plus/">Jobs-Plus</a> service, a place-based employment program designed to increase the earnings and employment of working-age residents in designated public housing developments or a cluster of developments. Each row in the dataset represents the number of public housing residents on a Borough-level who receive or utilize this service.
