Whole Person Care Demographics

Whole Person Care represent a diverse component of the San Mateo County population. Data on demographics were pulled from SMMC and other health record sources.

Querying over HTTP

Splitgraph serves as an HTTP API that lets you run SQL queries directly on this data to power Web applications. For example:
