Percent of diabetic adults who get a glycosylated hemoglobin test (A1C) twice a year, New Jersey, by 3-year average: Beginning 2011-2013

Ratio: Age-adjusted percentage of biannual glycosylated hemoglobin screenings among adults 18+ diagnosed with diabetes, New Jersey.

Definition: Age-adjusted proportion of adults aged 18 years and older with diagnosed diabetes who reported having a glycosylated hemoglobin (commonly called "blood sugar") measurement twice in the last year.
