Ratio: Percentage of adults aged 18 years and older reportedly engaged in moderate to vigorous physical activity.

Definition

Among adults, the proportion who engage in aerobic physical activity of at least moderate intensity for at least 150 minutes/week, or 75 minutes/week of vigorous intensity, or an equivalent combination. Moderate= at least 30 minutes five or more times per week; vigorous=20+ minutes vigorous activity, 3+ times per week.
