CRA and EZ Information

The dataset shows parcels receiving a tax abatement via a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) or part of an Enterprise Zone (EZ). Data includes the type of tax abatement, when the abatement began, when the abatement ends, how long the abatement lasts, the authority that approved the abatement, and the appraised value (land, building, and total) being abated.

Querying over HTTP

Splitgraph serves as an HTTP API that lets you run SQL queries directly on this data to power Web applications. For example:
