This dataset is publicly available on and was downloaded directly from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) at https://data.sba.gov/dataset/ppp-foia. This data includes all PPP loan recipients awarded as of April 03, 2022 that listed Borrower City as N Richmond, Richmond, RICHMOND, Richmond ca, PT RICHMOND, or POINT RICHMOND.
