Additional Dwelling Unit Areas

Areas eligible for Additional Dwelling Unit permits. <a href="https://www.chicago.gov/content/dam/city/depts/doh/adu/adu_ordinance.pdf">Ordinance O2020-2850</a>, passed in December 2020, creates five pilot area zones within which property owners can apply for additional dwelling units under the ADU program.
