Transit Ridership and Public Health Measures Survey - Aug 2021 - Edmonton Insight Community
This survey focused on mask requirements on transit, anticipated transit use if public health measures are lifted and perceived COVID-19 safety at different stages of the customer journey. A total of 6022 respondents completed the survey: 3354 Insight Community members, 1,397 via social media, 274 from the City's public service announcement, and 997 using the anonymous link at edmonton.ca/surveys, which contains no demographic information outside of the questions within the survey. The completion rate for Insight Community members was 24.48% (At the time the survey was launched, survey invitations were sent to 13,701 Insight Community Members and 3354 members completed the survey).
