This data set includes comparative information for clinics with fewer than five physicians on the following quality measures at the Utah Small Health Area level:

2016 - Antidepressant Medication Management - Acute Phase Treatment, Antidepressant Medication Management - Continuation Phase Treatment, Asthma Medication Ratio, Avoidance of Antibiotic Treatment in Adults with Acute Bronchitis (AAB), Breast Cancer Screening, Chlamydia Screening (CHL), Diabetes Care Hemoglobin Testing, and Diabetes Medical Attention for Nephropathy

2015 - Avoidance of Antibiotic Treatment in Adults with Acute Bronchitis, and Comprehensive Diabetes Care: Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) Testing, Breast Cancer Screening, Medication Management for people with asthma (75%) and Lower Back Pain.

The data is based on claims data within the Utah All Payer Database.
