ARPA - State Fiscal Recovery Quarterly Subaward Information

As a recipient of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFR) the State of Vermont is required to submit quarterly Project and Expenditure Reports to the United States Treasury. Quarterly reports cover three calendar months and include various data elements including project, subaward and expenditure information. Treasury’s Portal for compliance reporting is organized by modules, each of which is a project component: project entry, subrecipient entry, subaward entry, and expenditure entry.

The ARPA - State Fiscal Recovery Quarterly Subaward Information dataset provides detailed information about subawards valued at $50,000 or more. A subaward in the case of U.S. Treasury reporting is a broad term that covers contracts and grants awarded,

loans issued, transfers made to other government entities, and direct payments made by the

recipient. Each subaward is reported at the project level. Data is collected quarterly from at least 26 different entities.

This data is not intended to be legal advice nor is it designed or intended to be relied upon as authoritative financial, investment, or professional advice. No entity affiliated with, employed by, or constituting part of the state of Vermont warrants, endorses, assures the accuracy of, or accepts liability for the content of any information on this site.
