Dataset permissions

By default, all datasets on splitgraph.com are public. This means anyone (even logged-out users) can query them or find them in search. You can optionally make a dataset private or manage its users and their level of access.

Data source settings

Note that if a user can read a dataset, they can also see their data source settings. This includes the name of the data source and (if accessed through the API) its parameters. The parameters hence shouldn't include any sensitive values.

Only repository owners and administrators can see a history of ingestion jobs into a repository. Nobody, not even the repository owner or administrator, can read the credentials used by a data source.
